- とある弁護士事務所に去年の７月頃に某カード会社の過払い金を計算してもらいました そしたら２５万程過払いがある事がわかり 手数料取られてもいいからそこの事務所でお 願いしました いくら過払い金があるとの連絡が来てから一行に連絡が来ないので事務所に進歩状況を確認してみました 担当の人が今○○円○○の方から示談金が出てるけど裁判の手続きしてその裁判で決着させるまでの利息もちゃんと請求するからまっててください的な会話でその日は終わりました 電話後に示談金の額でも良いから終わりにしたいと思って次の日に再度事務所に電話をかけました 最初担当者にお願いします！と伝えたにも関わらず電話に出た人は自分の電話の意味がわからないようで 他の人に変わりまたまたその人も意味がわからないようで話が噛み合わなく ようやく昨日話した担当の人が出ました 自分の思ってる事を伝えると 示談金をそのままのんでも 支払いまでかなり時間がかかりますよ 裁判して戻ってくるのとそんなに時間変わらないから裁判しましょうと 言いくるめられた感じで結局お願いしてしまったんですが… 前置き長くてすみません ここで質問です 本当に示談して戻ってくる時間と裁判してから決まった額が戻ってくるまでの時間は変わらないのでしょうか？ それと事務所の２人に話が噛み合わなかったのって怪しく無いですかね？ 今更他の事務所に頼むと契約上過払い金の全額近く違約金として払わなくては行けないので変えることは出来ません
